Custom software becomes worthwhile when the process differentiates the business, carries unusual pricing or compliance rules, or has become load-bearing work that generic tools cannot model without repeated manual work and disconnected plugins.

We design around data minimisation, HTTPS, role-based access, audit needs, retention, backups, and the third parties that process information.
