• What you send us — when you contact us via WhatsApp or email, we receive what you choose to share: typically your name, email, company, phone number, and a project description.
• Technical logs — standard server logs such as IP address, browser, and pages requested, kept by our hosting provider for security and reliability.
• Optional analytics — if you accept analytics, Google Analytics 4 helps us understand aggregate site usage, approximate location, device type, content engagement, and contact-button intent. Analytics stays off until you accept and is never combined with enquiry details.

No advertising trackers. We never sell personal information.

WhatsApp messages are processed by WhatsApp/Meta under their privacy policy. Our hosting provider processes technical logs. Site statistics are processed by Google Analytics only after you accept optional analytics. Google receives normal network and device information when Analytics loads and processes it under Google's privacy policy; you can use the GA opt-out browser add-on. You can reject analytics when first asked, or reopen Analytics preferences in the footer to change or withdraw your choice. We share personal information only where needed to deliver our services or where the law requires it.

The location map loads CARTO tiles using OpenStreetMap data when it approaches your viewport. CARTO receives normal request information such as your IP address and browser details. The address and Google Maps link remain available if the interactive map does not load.

We keep enquiry and project information only as long as needed for its purpose or as required for legal, accounting, or contractual reasons—then it is deleted. Google Analytics event data is configured for a 14-month retention period.

At any time, you may:

• Ask what personal information we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct or delete it.
• Object to processing or withdraw consent.
• Lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator at inforegulator.org.za.

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including HTTPS and access controls on systems we operate. Security is what we do for clients; we hold ourselves to the same standard.
