Manual order-taking on WhatsApp, no catalogue, no way to track a custom-label print run.

One codebase, two fronts: the public storefront and the staff portal read the same order and quote data - nothing retyped, nothing out of sync.

The outcome
A Phase 1 storefront and browser-backed operations experience covering catalogue, cart, checkout, custom-label quotes, orders, and reporting. Production persistence and secure backend operations are separately scoped.
